Westlake Is Truly a Community

About Us:

With 501 townhouses, we are a small village. Over the years some traditions have developed. Most of these revolve around the Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts and Bocce Courts. We also have four "Tot Parks" around the complex for the little ones, decorated in patriotic Red, White and Blue.

This is a great place to live. Westlake is completely self-managed. The third Wednesday of every month, the Board of Directors meets in open session to discuss and rule on issues pertinent to the operation of the Westlake Homeowners Association. Committees meet during the month to discuss specific areas like Exterior Maintenance, Finance, Landscape, Social Activities and Recreation. You are always welcome to attend and encouraged to participate. The meeting schedules are published in the Westlake Newsletter.

Events and Amenities:

Take a dip in our all-year-round swimming pool, which is staffed by Certified Lifeguards. Play a game of Bocce, Billiards, or Table Tennis in our Clubhouse. For the more energetic, shoot a few baskets in the gym or try a game of outdoor tennis. Or perhaps you might just want to relaxe and watch TV or play a game of cards in the Clubhouse lounge. Members can reserve the Clubhouse or its BBQ grill for private parties. The Clubhouse is a perfect place to have a Baby Shower, Bridal Shower, Birthday Party, Anniversary, or just a good old-fashioned family get-together.We also offer a free Book Club at our Clubhouse. You can take a book and you don't have to bring it back, or you can donate a book (but don't expect it back!).

Details of coming events are contained in the Westlake Monthly Newsletter, which will arrive around the first of each month. Check out the listings and be sure to come out and meet your neighbors during our Fourth of July Celebration, or at our Spectacular Corn Roast in August. At Christmas time, Santa and his helper come to the Clubhouse to see all the children. While the little ones are waiting to tell all their dreams to Santa, a Clown or Magician entertains the children. Refreshments are served and the kids go home with a sweet package.

A Neighborhood of Pride and People:

Most of all, YOU are the important factor in making our Community a place we are proud of and a great Community in which to live!
