With 501 townhouses, we are a small village. Over the years some traditions have developed. Most of these revolve around the Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts and Bocce Courts. We also have four "Tot Parks" around the complex for the little ones, decorated in patriotic Red, White and Blue. This is a great place to live. Westlake is completely self-managed. The third Wednesday of every month, the Board of Directors meets in open session to discuss and rule on issues pertinent to the operation of the Westlake Homeowners Association. Committees meet during the month to discuss specific areas like Exterior Maintenance, Finance, Landscape, Social Activities and Recreation. You are always welcome to attend and encouraged to participate. The meeting schedules are published in the Westlake Newsletter.
